Vapor honing is a low pressure wet blasting process that safely cleans & restores parts leaving a nice finished surface.

Using a combination of compressed air and a flow of water borne abrasives this process gives a smooth and fine finish, unlike dry blasting it leaves no damage to your parts. It cleans in areas other methods can’t. Simple & effective

Six steps to a shining success

  • Pre-inspection and removal of particulates and foreign matter of your parts, achieved by hand

  • Degreasing/washing in our heated parts cabinet. Prep for vapor honing

  • Vapor hone

  • Rinse and repeat

  • Compressed air dry with cooled air line

  • Final inspection

Hydro jetting is the process of clearing debris and buildup by sending a high-pressured water jet through the parts. Think of it as pressure washing for your parts that clears passage ways and journals.

Our six step process for your rebuild is a game changer

Prior to vapor honing disassembly of any mechanical or rotating assemblies is advised.

This will prevent media particles from staying inside the part and causing damage
